From 1st to 3rd November, solar specialists from across the country gathered at JW Marriott, Goa for the much awaited "SOLAR SPECIALIST" Annual Event โ€” a celebration of insights, innovation and industry camaraderie. A big thank you to Rajesh Kulkarni and the entire URONยฎ team for orchestrating the entire event with utmost precision.

Our Founder & MD, Mr. Amit Rane, hosted a high-energy session titled "๐’๐Ž๐‹๐€๐‘ ๐‡๐Ž๐“ ๐’๐„๐€๐“", where a few industry stalwarts took the stage to face some blunt, straight from the gut questions.

The conversation spanned everything from renewable company valuations, IPOs, policy directions, hiring philosophies, good and bad practices in marketing and procurement. The presence of legal and insurance specialists added a refreshing perspective to how we view the renewable energy business.

The entire session was laced with humour, honesty and unfiltered opinions making it one of the most talked about segments of the event. The audience loved every bit of it and wanted more of those tricky, direct questions!

The session wrapped up on a high note with laughter, learning and smiles all around.
